Hearts of Iron 2 patch 1.3

The new 1.3 patch is now available for HoI2, the grand strategy WWII game from Paradox Interactive. Paradox says it includes numerous AI enhances and game balance tweaks such as stronger bombers, a bit costlier engineer brigades, and whole new set of event scripts. I miss I had little time to play it due to Civ4.
